∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge in computer literacy with MS Office (Specially Ex, Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven), IE, Work Study
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise operator/worker in line and production floor.
∎ Maintain rules & regulations of floors & lines.
∎ To motivate workers for achieving line targets.
∎ Work as per management advice.
∎ Help team members and instruct them on complaint policy.
∎ Ensure health and safety issues, arrange and guide for using all safety equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a similar kind of position will be preferred
∎ Strong ability to communicate with workers & seniors
∎ Committed, self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking & result oriented
