∎ Hands-on experience in managing semi-automated or manual production lines.
∎ Ability to lead a team and manage shift-based operations effectively.
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure timely output of high-quality frozen food products.
∎ Monitor production line staff and processes to meet productivity, hygiene, and quality benchmarks.
∎ Plan, schedule, and control manufacturing processes based on demand and inventory targets.
∎ Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, HALAL).
∎ Maintain accurate records of production, wastage, manpower utilization, and raw material usage.
∎ Work closely with the Quality Control team to implement corrective and preventive actions when deviations are observed.
∎ Lead and train production workers to ensure skill development and compliance with operational procedures.
∎ Ensure that all machinery and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
∎ Liaise with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth production flow.
∎ Participate in audits and ensure full compliance with local regulations and export quality requirements.

∎ As we expand our operations and strengthen our quality assurance and production capabilities, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Officer to join our plant team.
