∎ This position will directly work with the factory head and assist him in factory planning, ensure coordination between factory and head office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency from mercenaries and people with proper planning.
∎ Calculating overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and analyzing for improvement measures.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination between the factory team and head office.
∎ Collection and monitoring data, preparing scheduled reports and presentations for decision making.
∎ Preparing maintenance schedule, spare parts list & checklists for every process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Metal Product Manufacturing Industry (e.g. Agri-machinery, Automobile, Cylinder, Kitchenware, etc.) is highly preferable.
∎ Willingness to move near the factory in Manikganj.
∎ Sound planning and organizing skills.
∎ Strong presentation and IT skills.
∎ Strong communication skills with a positive mindset, adaptability & flexibility.
