∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel for data analysis.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Industrial & Production Engineering, Production planning
∎ Skills Required: Creative Thinking, Production planning, Strong communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize material procurement.
∎ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
∎ Analyze demand trends and adjust production plans accordingly.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, inventory turnover, and cost management.
