Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ Educational qualification will may relax for experienced person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have work experience in Bag production.
∎ To maintain all machines in Bag production floor.
∎ All machine folder adjusts.
∎ Monitoring installation and commissioning of various existing & new machinery.
∎ Train up subordinate for smooth maintenance support.
∎ To ensure that the processes operate effectively, efficiently, and safely
∎ Find out all technical difficulties of develop product and give solution in easy way.
∎ Have to explain the sewing operator about how and by which process are used to sewing the product.
∎ Demonstrate the ability of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ “Know- how” implementation on production
∎ Responsible for sample quality & fit.
∎ Should co-ordinate with Merchandising, technical and Quality team to achieve the set goals of Production, Quality.
∎ To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain an acceptable production limit and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then the reason is to be found out from the production manager and he is to be guided for more production
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments/bags and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.

Salary:
∎ Remuneration is individually negotiated based on experience and qualifications at an attractive level.
