Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise of all FDY normal process operation, plant shut-down & start-up program in safe way.
∎ Barmag FDY winders Process operation, process control & monitoring.
∎ Ensure maximum production with right quality and process parameter.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on quality and tasting issues.
∎ Smooth functioning of the department and ensuring no production loss due to any reason.
∎ Ensure maximum production & first quality with low waste & minimum process cost.
∎ Ensure production quality & quantity as per production program, follow up yarn quality & laboratory analysis report & take corrective action.
∎ Set and ensure the regular production program.
∎ Monitor performance of LP dryer and chips dryer.
∎ Arrange and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements and also through reporting violations of policies, procedures and guidelines to immediate superiors.
