∎ At least four years in conduct of training, project monitoring and evaluation, report writing (for donor and NGO Affairs Bureau), team management, communication, etc.
∎ Readiness to travel extensively in the project locations throughout the country.
∎ Excellent language and communication skills (English and Bangla).
∎ Team building and human resource management skills.
∎ Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
∎ Skills in writing project proposal.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize trainings, workshops, consultations, conventions and dialogues.
∎ Closely monitor works of research and investigation teams and assist them where required.
∎ Develop dissemination and communication strategies (physical and online).
∎ Disseminate knowledge resources among the targets.
∎ Monitor implementation of project activities.
∎ Prepare reports for donors and NGO Affairs Bureau.
∎ Work closely with the programme director to make sure project activities are implemented in time.
∎ Program and resource officer willing to take challenge in the field of human rights with specific attention to the marginalized and excluded groups in Bangladesh under a 36-month project.
∎ Job location: Dhaka but will be required to travel extensively in the project locations throughout the country.
