∎ Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s) in development agencies, CBOs, NGOs, research organizations, training Institutes, etc.
∎ Readiness to travel extensively throughout the project areas.
∎ Good language and communication skills (English and Bangla).
∎ Basic computer skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the project staff from the headquarters in research, survey and investigations.
∎ Work closely with CSOs, CBOs and communities in the project locations—North-central districts and South-eastern region to engage them in survey, trainings, workshop, consultations, convention and other programs.
∎ Locate potential persons for study, survey and other events.
∎ Disseminate knowledge resources among communities and their organizations.
∎ Update the headquarters with field information on regular basis, and
∎ Follow any other instructions related to jobs that may come from the director.
∎ Program Assistants in a 42-month project on forest, forest communities and climate change.
∎ Job location: One position is based in Dhaka and one in Gazipur.
∎ Job Description/Responsibility:

∎ Salary Range: Maximum BDT 25,000.00 after confirmation
∎ Other Benefits: Two yearly festival bonuses that is equivalent to one-month pay.
