∎ Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
∎ Develop and implement detailed resource plans to ensure optimal allocation across teams and projects.
∎ Lead the recruitment process to attract and onboard skilled professionals, aligning team capabilities with organizational needs.
∎ Evaluate resource utilization and implement strategies to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
∎ Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including content developers, researchers, and data entry specialists, to align efforts with project objectives.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure achievement of weekly targets.
