∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Educational qualification is relatable in case of eligibility of 5 years’ Experience in Micro Finance Field as Area Manager.
∎ Good operating skills of Microsoft Office package;
∎ Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla;
∎ Understanding and speaking the local language of the project area is an advantage.
∎ Working Experience in similar roles with the national/international organization will be added an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and executing strategic plans to ensure field operations align with organizational goals.
∎ Leading and managing field teams, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure successful delivery.
∎ Allocating resources effectively. Including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximize efficiency and productivity in field operations.
∎ Identifying mitigating risks related to field operations, including safety hazards, regulatory compliance, and logistical challenges.
∎ Ensuring that field activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations.
∎ Generating regular reports and updates on field operations performance, including progress against goals, budget utilization, and any challenges or risks encountered.
∎ The duties are responsibilities of the Assistant Coordinator are as follows:
