Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies or other related disciplines with excellent academic result.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Minimum 10 years experiences in managerial position of public, bi-lateral or multilateral development institutions or non-profit organizations in the related field.
∎ Management skills and experience in supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, resourcefulness and flexibility
∎ Proven interpersonal and intercultural skills, including flexibility and sensitivity.
∎ Exceptional transformative leadership skills, building the relationship with others.
∎ Evidence-based monitoring and evaluation framework and programs with emphasis on participatory and partnership –based meal approaches.
∎ Experiences in real time monitoring.
∎ Computer proficiency in word processing, database, spreadsheets and presentation programs and also data analysis program- SPSS, Stata, Ms Access etc is must.
∎ A socially active person having good networking skills.
∎ Good analytical, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills.
∎ Sets high standards for quality of work and consistently achieve the targets.
∎ Ability to work effectively in groups and independently; demonstrated initiative and creativity when solving problems.
∎ Ability to effectively present different types of report for a diverse range of audience.
∎ Good organizing and communication skills, relation building capacity with team and people of all sectors.
∎ Dedication, motivation, self-starter, ambition and commitment to the job as well as to society.
∎ Challenge taker and meet the deadline.
∎ Willingness and strong commitment to travel in the remote field adapt hardship as well as working with any stressful situation and be a good team player.
