Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and oversee web-based research initiatives, ensuring they align with project goals and objectives.
∎ Uphold the highest standards of research quality, accuracy, consistency, and relevance. Develop and implement quality control processes.
∎ Collaborate with content creators and writers to develop high-quality, engaging content for our blog site.
∎ Ensure content and our website is SEO-optimized and resonates with our target audience.
∎ Continuously explore new research methodologies, tools, and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our projects and stay ahead of industry trends.
∎ Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of researchers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
∎ Play a key role in devising and executing research-driven strategies to contribute to the overall success of our blog and outsourcing platforms.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a strong background in web-based research.
∎ Ability to manage a large web research team.
∎ A deep understanding of UI/UX design, content strategy, SEO, and data analytics will be considered as added qualifications.
∎ Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
∎ Proficiency in research tools and methodologies.
∎ Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
