Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Social Science or relevant area

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure program operation in field site/s following integrated approach and implementing effective adolescent program in community level
∎ Receive close technical support from DPM-Health and Nutrition and respective focal of Shishuder Jonno, SCI and will provide support to field level team members in implementation of Adolescent Development related activities.
∎ Prepare and provide necessary report to the concern and support to DPM - Health and Nutrition in documenting lessons learned and other relevant reports.
∎ Creating opportunity to link with Income Generating Activities (IGA) activities and job placement of trained adolescents
∎ Consider the program reach, quality and sustainability as priority
∎ Facilitate and linkage with appropriate ASRH and health and hygiene service from adjacent /nearby health service centers (Govt./NGO) for adolescents (10-18 years)
∎ Organize and conduct training/orientation and event at the community and school level for developing their capacity as well as other stakeholders
∎ Follow up session, services, maintaining registers and provide necessary support to field team members
∎ Maintain liaison with local government authority(s) like city corporation and relevant service providers/NGOs and other local technical partners and committees in 2019 and onwards
∎ Assist to develop module, IEC materials, checklists, necessary formats and resister etc.
∎ Contribute to the development of program work plans and ensure effective implementation resulting in adolescent enjoying improved access to health-hygiene and their rights
∎ Contribute to DIP, budget preparation, monitoring, revision and reporting as required
∎ Close communication and rapport building with strategic and technical partners
∎ Supervising Resource Centre (RC) including RC Community Educators, Community Organizers and other supervisees.
∎ Day to day monitoring and Reporting
∎ Community Educators' and Community Organizers' Capacity Building on assigned program component
∎ Community Mobilization
∎ Participate in meetings, trainings, seminars, workshops (at national & international level) as desired by the program and organization.
∎ Conduct regular (about 70%) field visits as needed
∎ Lead to organize relevant day observation
∎ Support in organizing different events of the Program
∎ Ready to work in any natural disaster (like eviction) or any other emergency situation
∎ Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 2 years of working experience including one year in implementing adolescent health/development related project.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Should have good facilitation skills and report writing ability both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency on computer using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), internet/e-mailing

Salary: Tk. 36234 (Monthly)
