∎ Experience with the detailed documentation of providing social services to trafficking survivors or vulnerable and at-risk groups, and detailed reporting mechanisms;
∎ Demonstrate a positive attitude and sensitivity to support vulnerable and at-risk groups and communities;
∎ Strong understanding of gender and diversity issues;
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Demonstrate computer proficiency: i.e. MS Office, database management, coordination via email, project-specific management information systems, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct a thorough ‘Need-Assessment’ to identify social services and provide need-based social protection services for the survivors of FSTIP project following project modality, principles, and guidelines.
∎ Support to identify and map the public and private service-providers within the working areas, to avail the relevant social and technical support services for the survivors, indirectly.
∎ Establish a strong referral network within the working areas, with the public and private service providers.
∎ Organize performance appraisal of staff as per their job description and take necessary actions for staff development
∎ Support FSTIP’s, Agrogoti and Community Mobilizers with ongoing event management services to motivate and develop socioeconomic pathways of successful reintegration.
∎ Demonstrate sensitivity towards the survivor’s trafficking contexts, early marriage, gender-specific issues, and residual trauma, when communicating with the survivors.
∎ Attend regularly in Government meeting and other coordination meeting in working union, upazila/district
∎ Monitor and update Kobo ToolBox database in timely manner
∎ Maintain a working relationship with activists, youth and peer groups, community-based organizations (CBOs), and community leaders, within the working areas, to effectively identify survivors, and work to ensure their sustainable reintegration;
∎ Ability to maintain detailed case systems (i.e. case studies) to make and publish reports, and support the WI program teams with a prompt assessment of survivors’ contexts;
∎ Demonstrate the ability to uphold confidentiality of information when working with each survivor,
∎ Maintain the confidentiality of project document, beneficiaries and abide by organizational regulations
∎ Demonstrate the ability to uphold Winrock International’s ‘Code of Conduct’ and ‘Do No Harm’ policy, whilst working directly with the survivors to ensure their successful reintegration;
∎ Provide support to ensure baseline, mid-line, and final evaluations are conducted accurately, considering Winrock International’s and the donor's requirements; and

∎ Job Context:
∎ Agrogoti Sangstha, a national NGO, working to empower local communities and institutions to ensure Human Rights and Good Governance for all is inviting applications from qualified and committed professionals for immediate appointment for a development project entitled “Fighting Slavery and Trafficking in-person (FSTIP)”. The main objective of the project is to prevent trafficking, child marriage (CM) and gender-based violence (GBV) by building awareness, strengthening local counter-trafficking mechanisms and enforcing accountability practices in local government according to the National Plan of Action (NPA) against Trafficking. Furthermore, the project will sensitize institutions to provide increased access to services to the survivors and people at risk of trafficking, child marriage and GBV.
∎ Program Officer (PO) will work under the direct oversight of Agrogoti Sangstha in partnership with Winrock International. The PO will work as the lead of the community mobilizer under FSTIP project. Leading and managing project activities to ensure prevention and reduction of trafficking, CM and GBV by increasing knowledge and awareness of people at risks and by building and maintaining a collaborative and interpersonal relationship with service providers. The PO will assess the contextual needs and demands of each survivor following WI guidelines and based on that they will ensure support services directly from the project and through referral. They will support the economic empowerment process including career counseling, skills training, employment, and follow-up. Accordingly, the PO will establish a network and collaborate with local public and private service providers to ensure a wide range of social services for each survivor.
