∎ Job Summary: Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS), a national NGO, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to serve as the Program officer (Education) for its Education Program (Shihukanon, NFPE, and TVET). This role requires strong monitoring, supervision, and marketing capacity of the education program. The ideal candidate must be capable of overseeing education programs, and ensuring advocacy and marketing of technical vocational education among different stakeholders. The position demands the ability to navigate the challenges of the non-formal education system while optimizing resources and fostering community engagement.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
∎ • Develop and execute comprehensive education programs aligned with MSS's goals, including curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
∎ • Manage the implementation of educational projects across different locations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
∎ • Identify and address the educational needs of target communities through needs assessments and community engagement.
∎ • Regularly monitor program activities and student progress using data-driven methods to track key performance indicators.
∎ • Conduct periodic evaluations to assess the effectiveness of education programs and identify areas for improvement.
∎ • Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes and impact on internal and external stakeholders.
∎ • Build strong relationships with local communities, schools, and government officials to facilitate program implementation and advocacy.
∎ • Conduct awareness campaigns and community mobilization activities to promote education access and participation.
∎ • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure their active involvement in children's education.
∎ • Supervise and mentor a team of education staff, including teachers, community facilitators, and project assistants.
∎ • Provide training and capacity building opportunities for staff to enhance their teaching skills and program delivery.
∎ • Collaborate with other organizations and NGOs to leverage partnerships and expand program reach.
∎ • Provide support in the preparation of different presentations on programs' activities to national and international visitors.
∎ • Support in documenting program success stories and case studies.
∎ • Willing to work in any natural disaster or emergency anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ • Attend training, meetings, and workshops to update knowledge and skills as assigned any disseminate new knowledge/ information/lessons learned.
∎ • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
