∎ Strong organizational and planning skills including the ability to monitor progress of program activities;

∎ Seasoned in Microsoft office, SPSS/ different SAS are required;
∎ Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support in the development and delivery of a high-quality program that contributes to the goal and objectives of the program plan and drives maximum benefit from all activities. This includes- updating the MEAL plan as and when required
∎ Facilitate eMIS/ automation process, identify bugs/ trouble and coordinate with the team and technical service provider as appropriate
∎ Facilitate the different quality assessments (annual, periodic, need-based), Household Registration and survey, etc.
∎ Prepare and compile periodic reports technical and financial support provider’s reporting, documents, and presentation
∎ Support team by providing up-to-date information as required
∎ Facilitate Quality Benchmark and Feedback Response Mechanism and another online/ offline platform
∎ Analyze data to identify areas of improvement
∎ Prepare and compile periodic reports (formative, narrative), case histories, and fact sheet as per the deliverable calendar and need
∎ Preparing presentations for different forums/ platform
∎ Assist disseminate field visit findings through other outlined mechanisms
∎ Facilitate and coordinate for Result Review Workshop, MEAL refreshers and other need-based training
∎ Track own component budget expenditure
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (yearly renewable subject to the performance and fund availability)

∎ Job Summary:
∎ A leading national-level NGO engaged in socio-economic development since 1974, invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Program Officer-Monitoring Evaluation Accountability & Learning (MEAL) for a sponsorship-funded child-focused program, implemented in the slum area, supported by an international NGO.
∎ The PO-MEAL will be responsible for the overall monitoring and evaluation within the framework of ICDP. He/she will be responsible to identify quality issues related to the program implementation and implementing all kinds of knowledge and skill-based activities and quality assurance issues in the program area. He/she will be reportable to Program Manager-ICDP for strategic decisions in relation to program implementation. This position will closely work with MEAL team of the technical and financial support provider (INGO) for MEAL-related requirements of the program.
∎ Major Responsibilities:
