Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferably Masters in Social Science or any other relevant subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Community Mobilization , Health and Population sector, NGO Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbents will be responsible for field level implementation and monitoring of SMC's Network of private sector Health Providers.
∎ They will implement field level activities of Blue Star, Green Star, Pink Star and Rose Star program through private sector non-graduate and graduate service providers.
∎ They will also coordinate other field level program activities and collaborative programs with the partners.
∎ They will be actively involved in the selection process of the new service providers for the Blue Star, Green Star, Rose Star and Pink Star networks and ensureing the backup supply of Program Products.
∎ They will also be involved in organizing training sessions and ensuring their required logistics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ years experience in planning, monitoring and supervision of different health and family planning related programs
∎ Good supervision and monitoring skills
∎ Documentation and reporting skills through using computer and internet
∎ Effective coordination and communication with different stakeholders
∎ Capable to monitor programs using appropriate checklist/tools
∎ Ability to undertake frequent travel across the country
∎ Ability to drive motor cycle and having a valid driving license is mandatory for this position
