∎ • Or any relevant subject related to creative industries

∎ “A degree in Design, Marketing, or Business is preferred but not required. We care more about your ability to manage creative projects, communicate with clients, and work with a design team than your academic background.”

∎ • Basic knowledge of design principles (colors, layout, fonts)
∎ • Strong communication and leadership skills
∎ • Confidence to talk to clients and coordinate teams
∎ • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Google Sheets, Notion (we’ll train if needed)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We’re a fast-growing creative agency helping international clients build powerful brands through logo design, branding, and digital graphics. Our small team is passionate about great design, and we’re looking for someone to help keep our projects running smoothly.

∎ As our project coordinator, you’ll be the link between clients and our designers. You’ll organize work, manage deadlines, give clear feedback, and make sure every project moves forward on time — without needing constant hand-holding.

∎ • Manage project timelines, revisions, and delivery schedules
∎ • Communicate with clients and gather feedback
∎ • Review basic design work (based on references/briefs)
∎ • Assign tasks to junior designers and follow up
∎ • Write simple project summaries and updates
