∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP Certification is preferred

Job Context:
∎ Transcom Beverages Limited, the franchisee of PepsiCo in Bangladesh is looking for dynamic and competent professional to fill the mentioned position for Dhaka Plant-Gazipur.
∎ The candidate must have in-depth technical skills with clear knowledge on Project Planning & budgeting, Project Scope & Objectives, Feasibility study of new project, analysis and implementation. Having expertise on Electrical, Automation & instrumentation works of the new project, Installation/Erection, Project cost analysis with verification techniques with Multinational/FMCG/well established beverages or food manufacturing company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Feasibility study of new project or any expansion of existing production process/project as per PepsiCo standard.
∎ Determine Project Scope & Objectives.
∎ Design, implement, maintain, and improve instrument, equipment, facilities, components, products and system for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
∎ Develop & Manage details project schedule and work plans.
∎ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
∎ Manage Changes to the project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification technique.
∎ Analysis of technical feasibility and competitive performance evaluation of all electrical and automation machineries, equipment, spare parts etc.
∎ Operate computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
∎ Inspect completed installations and observe operation to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
∎ Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction and installation standards and specifications.
∎ Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily on time and within budget.
∎ Assist to prepare Business case & Benefit management Plan for multiple projects.
∎ Supervise and coordinate Electrical works of the projects.
∎ Responsible for the smooth start-up and commissioning of all the Electrical Equipment’s.
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards for project and factory operations.
∎ Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, Production operation, SCM and Engineering team and related technical teams to identify, defines, and solves technical problems.
∎ Liaison with professional service providers (Engineers, Suppliers, Vendors, Technical Experts, Consultants, OEM etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience as Project Engineer-Electrical in the relevant field or food & beverages-manufacturing industry.
∎ Analytical and technical skills required for new project plans and implementation.
∎ Developing vendors (foreign and local)
∎ Improvement of project & technical Team Capability
∎ Experience successfully leading in a complex, matrix environment
∎ Must have good command over Microsoft project, MS office application, AutoCAD and relevant software.
