Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have excellent English speaking and listening skills
∎ Excellent Track record in Real Estate, Solar, Janitorial, MCA, ERTC, Financial Wellness, and Recruiting Campaigns.
∎ Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM management, Web Research, and Email Management.
∎ Need to engage in sales activities or schedule appointments with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Required to make inbound or outbound calls.
∎ Multi-tasker (Able to talk and write at the same time)
∎ Result-oriented without any excuses
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, B2B/B2C Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Customer Care, Customer Service.
∎ Be motivated to improve and provide as a team player.
∎ Additional tasks will be assigned as needed.

∎ Basic Salary 17,000/-BDT
∎ Monthly Bonus 4,000/-BDT (Depends on the Project or Performance)
∎ Attendance Bonus 3,000/-BDT
∎ Food Allowance 2,500/-BDT
∎ Transport Bonus 1,000/-BDT
∎ House Allowance: 1,000/- BDT
∎ Medical Allowance 1,500/-BDT
∎ Snacks, tea, and coffee during office hours.
∎ 10 Annual Paid Leave after completing 6 months.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
∎ Salary Review: Basic Salary increment every 10 months (After completing the Probation Period of 6 months) which will be divided in your total salary plan.
∎ You will receive a yearly Profit Share of 24,000 BDT
