∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): At least 5 years experience with 2 years practical experience in project management work in national/ international organizations in oil & seeds development related activities.
∎ Good command in English and Bangla .
∎ Report writing, leadership, negotiation, PRA tools, conflict resolution, quick decision making and implementation as per plan.
∎ Strong monitoring on program activities and financial control as well.
∎ Ability to ride motor cycle with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Management, processing and marketing of crop production (especially oil and pulse crops) in the “Growing up and processing of oil and pulse crops through seed propagation following reproductive seed division techniques.
∎ Selecting the most suitable location for oil and pulse crops, yielding the crops, determining the processed products and determining the marketing strategy.
∎ Monitor demonstration farms and provide necessary advice as per key indicators of Global GAP.
∎ Taking approval of annual work plan from PKSF and in accordance with the plan implementing staff wise work plan, input Process and output monitoring.
∎ Development of guideline, training module and implement the training as per module.
∎ At least 50% of the total working time should be spent on implementation of field level activities and cost effective role of project man power management.
∎ Collection of breeding seeds of oil and pulse crops from research institutes and distributing among farmer’s to enhance production.
∎ Processing, marketing, and obtaining licenses or certificates for safe and high nutritional value local oil and pulse crops.
∎ To provide advice and training on agricultural technology and various types of business expansion among the producing farmers.
∎ Training of farmers in safe and modern production of oil and pulse crops.
∎ Organizing field day for oil crops and pulse crops farmers.
∎ Demonstration of breeding seeds and certified quality seeds.
∎ Implementation of various promotional activities for the products.
∎ To help entrepreneurs to develop their market systems and assist entrepreneurs in developing business model, marketing plans, organizing learning and sharing sessions.
∎ To review project contract documents, guidelines, budget and procurement policies, logical framework, market system changes, vision for change provided by PKSF and strive to achieve project objectives accordingly.
∎ To prepare publications on project baseline/ sub-sector studies, mid-term reviews, End line surveys, project learning, case studies, best practices, etc.
∎ Any activities related to the project given by the organization should be carried out smoothly.
∎ Besides, being proactive in completing other project related activities given by the organization on time.
∎ SKS Foundation in partnership with PKSF and financing by IFAD, launching a Sub project titled “On cultivation and processing of oil and pulse crops through seed propagation following reproductive seed division techniques” in Kurigram District. Following positions will be recruited for implementing the project's interventions:
