∎ Familiarity with local market trends and best practices in fit-out projects.
∎ Experience with façade installation work and supervising kitchen construction.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (MEP, Civil & IT).
∎ Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient systems.
∎ Proficiency in CAD software, design tools and project management tools
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills
∎ Stout knowledge of local building codes and regulations, finishing materials, fit-out process, drawings management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
∎ Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
∎ Design and implement interior layouts and space planning solutions.
∎ Create detailed specifications and technical drawings for construction.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
∎ Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
∎ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
∎ Conduct safety inspections and training sessions for site personnel.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Consultants, PMs, Contractors, and Architects according to onsite needs and requirements.
∎ Provide progress updates, address concerns, and manage client expectations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
∎ Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
