∎ The post of Project Engineer / Site Engineer is primarily concerned with overall implementation of the building construction from scratch to finish. All types of required activities ranging from designing, testing, approvals, constructions, follow-up, supervision, sourcing, team building, reporting and any other aspects of the projects. The Project Engineer / Site Engineer will be expected to lead the overall construction plans in due time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ To supervise construction works
∎ Ensure erection / construction work
∎ Assuring quality of erection / construction work
∎ Managing site supervisor and labors / contractors
∎ Communication with corporate office regarding implementation works
∎ Reporting to project coordinators
∎ Checking received materials
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan
∎ Capable to store maintain
∎ Knowledge about finishing work
∎ Basic knowledge about Interior Design works
