Job Context:
∎ A group of company is looking for immediate recruitment for MEP Engineer in the project engineer team of the Terminal-3, VVIP interior works Project at HSIA.
∎ Overview of the role: Responsible for integrating the MEP Team, delivery of Engineering deliverables, material, construction day to day administration and commissioning reports.
∎ Responsible for ensuring zonal integration and technical fit between building and engineering systems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare/check shop drawing for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning) System of Terminal-3 VVIP project at Hajrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA)
∎ Prepare/check shop drawing of fire lighting of terminal
∎ Supervise the work of sub-contractor in relation to HVAC, firefighting plumbing of terminal-3 VVIP project at HSIA
∎ Do liaison, communicate and co-ordinate with sub-contractor and implementing authority (CAB, NOCD, ADC)
∎ Make all correspondence relating to HAVC, firefighting and plumbing works.
∎ Preparing construction BOQ and proposals for clients
∎ Supervising contractors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets deadlines
∎ Drafting contracts for projects and ensuring that client requirements are met throughout the process
∎ Inspecting work sites for code compliance and safety hazards
∎ Ensuring that all plans meet regulatory requirements
∎ Consulting with clients on design needs and providing recommendations
∎ Assist project manager in timely completion of the project in all regards as per direction of PM AND PD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: Based on experience and competency, salary will be negotiable.
