∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up of civil works & safety issues.
∎ Report regular progress of work to superior, Formwork Planning & Checking.
∎ Estimate materials as per requirement and proceed to superior for purchase.
∎ Maintain all paper work/documentations.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills.
∎ Adaptable & able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Check site materials quality & volume, and bill checking of contractors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in Factory Building, real estate, construction project.
∎ Should have knowledge using construction equipment, steel formwork with scaffolding system & safety rules.
Salary: Negotiable
