Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed Real Estate Company is looking for a Project Estimator for its different position in Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager. Should have previous experience as Estimator of real-estate apartment projects.
∎ Please read the Job Description before applying.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for all residential and commercial projects of a real estate company as per latest building codes and regulations.
∎ To prepare detail project cost by analyzing plans, working drawings, specifications and other documents.
∎ Ability to analyze labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, overhead, and other related costs ratios.
∎ To analyse rates of all Scheduled and Non-scheduled items.
∎ To make variance analyses of the projects in respect to initial estimates.
∎ To revise the estimates after modification, optional works or change(s) made by the management/client requirement
∎ To update data & monitor in ERP in budgetary control system. Prepare project Reports.
∎ Extensive knowledge of real estate industry practice, procedure, market trends and project management,
∎ To interact with clients, architects, engineers and the management to understand and incorporate project objectives, schedules, rates, costs etc.
∎ To prepare detail path of project schedule. Meet deadline.
∎ To have experience of estimating the total cost of high-rise buildings.
∎ Ability to focus on quality, accuracy, detailed, well-organized and able to plan prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have computer experience (especially in Microsoft excel & ERP)
∎ Strong communication & persuasion skill
∎ Time management skill
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
∎ People leadership and coordination
