Job Context:
∎ Looking for a self-motivated Project-in-Charge excelled with self-starter who will be in Senior Administrative Position in our Habiganj Spinning, Textile, Knitting & Dyeing project. He will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the project in different phases. He will demonstrate strong level of leadership to guide and direct groups of people to achieve success of the project.
∎ He will also be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining and updating the project schedule, managing assignments, monitoring progress and communicating to the project team.
∎ Job Location: Bahubal, Habiganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepares complete report that will update Head Office about status of issues/concerns and recommended resolution developed with the site team.
∎ To plans the over-all and specific requirement of the project (Housing, Land Development, Amenities)
∎ To implements the project activities based on the schedule desired quality, within budget and safe manner.
∎ To implements emergency housekeeping program.
∎ To establishes meaningful relationship with relevant authorities. Maintain good relationship with the emergency service provider like: police, fire service etc.
∎ To monitors and controls project performance. Providing dynamic and effective operational activities in daily administrative work. Preparing and submitting project operation plan.
∎ Capable to negotiate/resolve daily problems in administrative issues/works. Handling unexpected situation/incident due to internal or external factors.
∎ To give full administrative support to other departments and to control the deliverables commitment of other department in order to resolve concerns that they may help.
∎ To ensure proper security of project office, properties, premises & personnel etc.
∎ Scheduling routine meetings and recording decisions (e.g., next steps, assigned tasks etc.)
∎ To assist with planning, from start to finish of the project through the policies and procedures.
∎ The candidates should have sound HR knowledge to handling Project HR Policies, planning, Recruitment and selection, Training & Development, Employee relation & disciplinary procedure, and also periodic Employee assessment.
∎ Monitoring all sort of HR & Compliance related issues:
∎ Maintaining all kinds of legal license, compliance related documents/registers as per national & governing authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience as a Project In-charge, Project Administrator or a similar role will be an added advantage.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have adaptation ability to live in project area.
∎ Sound knowledge in IT.
∎ Good communication skill.
