∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of the project. Meeting with top management and stakeholders to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
∎ Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
∎ Developing detailed project plans to project teams ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, use appropriate verification techniques to measure project performance, manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
∎ Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation for proper implementation of the project.
∎ Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation and monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Developing excellent leadership communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
∎ Preparing and submitting project status reports to management and other stakeholders time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proven working experience in project management, Machine Erection, Machine Installation and maintenance.
∎ Experience in Using AutoCAD for project tasks.
∎ Experience with project management software tools.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Will require extensive visit to the Project located at Sylhet.
Salary: Negotiable
