Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET, DUET, RUET, KUET, CUET or any foreign university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience Head of the Project Operation Team to completing successfully assigned projects to meet corporate goals for safety, quality, budget, & schedule in accordance with project terms & conditions.
∎ Must capable to prepare of BOQ as per Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous origination for construction works.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on office administration and complete planning/management procedures relating to engineering projects
∎ To oversee the Construction work of his assigned Projects in day to day basis.
∎ Experience to follow up Multiple High Rise Building Projects activities.
∎ Monitor and supervise the activities of Project Engineers, Site Engineers or Supervisors according to site Program/ Schedule.
∎ To place the material/fund requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification
∎ Capable to submit written daily/weekly Progress Report of the Project to the Authority as per the necessity and/or as per advice of the Management.
∎ Ability to Co-ordination with the relevant departments involved in the Construction of High Rise Multi-Storied Building Constructions for Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous & Private Sector.
∎ Capable to make Feasibility study/reports, details projects reports, cost analysis of the construction projects.
∎ Involvement with department, Consultant & labor contractors for bringing about optimum utilization of resources-labor, materials, plant/equipment & ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms.
∎ Must have direct experience in, high-rise building construction including basement work.
∎ To Follow & Implement the Construction schedule & provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experiences in Prominent high rise building construction Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications such as: AutoCAD, MS Office.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
∎ To run his Assigned Projects Independently.
∎ To Monitor and Control the day to day Construction Work of assigned projects.
∎ To ensure day to day projects progress report based on drawing, design and schedule.
∎ To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
∎ To deal with labor contractors for smooth operations.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
