Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Education or any other relevant field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Capacity Development, Education, TOT (Training of Teachers)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the teacher training according to the project plan
∎ Guide and supervise field-based trainers and training activities.
∎ Ensure all kinds of coordination to conduct a successful, effective teacher development programme.
∎ Ensure all kinds of logistic supplies require the smooth delivery of the training sessions.
∎ Support to formulate, maintain and document quality control standards and ongoing quality of training to achieve the project objectives.
∎ Develop and implement annual procurement plan for the project with close collaboration of concerned units.
∎ Ensure right person in right place in time through proper human resources planning, project activity and resource planning for different intervention.
∎ Sign and adhere to code of conduct.
∎ Capacity building of the components, team members & teachers.
∎ Liaison with the Donors, Govt. agency and other stakeholders.
∎ Organize donor/partners/Govt Officials visit in the field in regular basis.
∎ Support to senior management in cost estimating, developing budget, budget review and ensure it's utilization accordingly through budget and expenditure tracking preparation of project proposal and reporting by providing information and input.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the supervisor to ensure the implementation of the project.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least 5 years of work experience in project management in any NGO. Experience with teachers’ capacity development project/education related project will be given priority.
∎ KNOWLEDGE: BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies, educational sector requirements
∎ SKILLS: Budgeting, communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing budgets, project management
∎ COMPETENCIES: Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with donor, project implementation

Salary: Negotiable
