∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate and coordinate people with process to ensure projects are timely delivered to global clients with desired result.
∎ Proactively communicate with concerning stakeholders and development disciplines throughout the project and perform as a frontier of business and technology.
∎ Develop plan based on business need and deliver flawless execution by ensuing resource, technical feasibility, time and risk management.
∎ Manage and monitor multiple ongoing projects, business priorities and forecasts.
∎ Identify and adept to potential roadblocks to a project, mitigate impact and act on resolution.
∎ Work closely with the development and QA team to refine ideas, formulate strategy, provide solution and oversee the implementation all within a project deadline.
∎ Clearly communicate team of the project requirements and facilitate retrospect meetings.
∎ Create, maintain and update project-related documentation, report and presentation.
∎ Assist internal stakeholders with regular updates on production status, issues and concerning factors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of demonstrable project management experience in software company or digital agency.
∎ Active involvement in managing projects of software/IT services, product design and development, campaign execution and client communication are essential.
∎ Outstanding communication and presentation skill are must-have qualification for this position. Free-flow English fluency and impeccable writing skill are expected.
∎ Sound knowledge on SDLC, PMLC, scrum and agile methodologies and project management tool like JIRA.
∎ Superior proficiency and aesthetic sense in Powerpoint, Excel and Word to create contents of high standard.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to simplify the complexities of business process across the team and inspire team members on efficiencies.
∎ Must be able to work in various shifts.
