∎ To provide strategic direction and leadership for the development of the International Citizen Service (ICS) Programme within VSO's wider country and global strategies. To manage the development and delivery of, and learning from, the portfolio of International Citizen Service (ICS) projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Program development: Knowledge and experience of pro-poor program and partnership development.
∎ Project management: Proven 5 years' experience in managing and delivering Adolescent and sexual reproductive health and rights program /Livelihoods. Experience in social accountability, social inclusion, and gender and resilience will be added advantage.
