∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Reputed University with having good academic result.
∎ Engineers from public universities (BUET/ DUET/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET) will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Building Materials, Civil Construction, Construction Equipment, Construction Estimating, Cost and budget, Drawing, Project Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, Construction, Real Estate project Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department, ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Review the work progress on a day, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Get the works done by workers according to the specification provided by the company.
∎ Deal the contractor and workers.
∎ Deal the clients for information of specific flat.
∎ Prepared the contractor's bill .
∎ Guide the subordinate (Such as Site Engineer, Inventory officer etc.)
∎ Prepared the details estimation of required materials and BOQ.
∎ Follow up the supply of materials and their use.
∎ Prepared the material requisition.
∎ Monitor the use of safety equipment used by both site staffs and workers at site
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.
∎ Preparation of Departmental letter, bill & Tender preparation by e-gp.
∎ Any Other works assign by Dept.-In-Charge Material procurement & Purchase.
∎ Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
∎ Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and tests on soil
∎ Prepare project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
∎ Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting
∎ Construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.
∎ Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
∎ Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Day to day have to report to the top management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of experience out of which minimum 3 years of experience in renowned real estate company.
∎ Applicant should have at least 2 Hand-Over project experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ BOQ, Civil Engineering, Construction engineering, Construction Estimating, Project Planning, QC & Compliance, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate.
∎ 3 year(s) in the relevant field
∎ Experience in Construction works with 2 Basement or Semi Basement of High-rise Building.
∎ Must have strong English Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
