Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a smooth coordination between marketing & merchandising and supply chain management at the right path.
∎ Draw up annual revenue plan to enhance current client’s portfolio and explore new business and monitor execution with contingency plans as appropriate.
∎ Construct costing strategy to win the business while improve the finance margins.
∎ Assure flawless product life cycle from product development to delivery of the product to customer.
∎ Handled raw material procurement as required from merchandising and marketing, negotiating with supplier and logistic arrangement.
∎ Liaise with clients and coordinated with inter organization departments to ensure smooth flow of operation.
∎ Demonstrate procurement strategies to mitigate supply chain challenges and secure smooth flow of operation.
∎ Allocation and attend business meetings, conferences, and seminars locally and overseas.
∎ Provide training and guidance for subordinates to support problem solving and decision making.
∎ Responsible to foster and develop relationships with Clients, negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have experience in the related field as marketing/ Merchandising, Project management and Supply chain management.
∎ The candidate having a professional degree will be preferable.
