Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Sciences and Development Studies from any reputed university.
∎ A combination of degrees with significant experience in market development, financing, enterprise development and private sector engagement is preferred.
∎ Candidates with sound knowledge on ICS, clean and modern cooking/electric cooking technologies and market system development will get preference.
∎ Good English writing, analytical, communication, and knowledge sharing skills.
∎ S/he should have good expertise in report writing, developing power point presentation, using other MS office applications and online software.

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing project/projects under ‘Energy That Transforms’ theme.
∎ S/he will be responsible for ensuring good coordination with individuals, local dealers/businessman/showrooms/institutions/development organization etc. that are involved with e-cooking business.
∎ S/he will be responsible for providing the overall coordination and management support among the consortium partner, donor, implementing partners, thematic coaches and other government and non-government organizations.
∎ S/he will assist to design and roll out of Innovation Grant fund (IGF) and Result Based Financing (RBF) in collaboration with SNV.
∎ S/he will be responsible for developing/updating the project Implementation Plan (PIP), follow up the implementation of interventions as per PIP.
∎ Compile and develop progress reports in coordination with consortium partner and share with relevant stakeholders.
∎ S/he has to manage the budget, follow up expenditure trend considering implementation of interventions and support in developing management reports accordingly.
∎ S/he has to ensure partnership management and private sector engagement for achieving project deliverables.
∎ Support in overall management of the project.
∎ Ensure a smooth coordination with different departments of the organization considering the project need.
∎ Represent the project as well as the organization in different relevant platforms including donor, back donor, Government stakeholders etc.
∎ Ensure leading role in organising National level events and follow up filed level events following organisational standard.
∎ Ensure good coordination with different national and international level coaches to ensure effective business development support to the e-cooking business stakeholders considering Gender and Inclusion issues.
∎ S/he will support, supervise and manage a team of professionals under the project
∎ Follow up knowledge management and ensure appropriate data archiving in online system.
∎ S/he will initiate for different study or research works and will assist in implementing accordingly.
∎ S/he will provide critical inputs and opinions to the senior management in determining the strategic positioning and work plan of the organization.
∎ Endorse and practice all the policies of Practical Action and ensure the implementation of project interventions following standards and complying with all the relevant policies and donor compliances.
∎ Organise, facilitates project management and project steering group meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 65 years
∎ 10 years of experience in development management of which minimum five years as Project Manager of consortium lead project/s.
∎ Should have strong time management capacity.
∎ Working experience with business stakeholders in national, urban, peri urban and rural level.
∎ Experience of working with local Government stakeholders for enabling environment.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with development stakeholders, private partners, entrepreneurs, institutions etc.
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to set priorities.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel project implementing districts frequently.
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 140000 (Monthly)
