∎ Proven track record of successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
∎ Excellent communication and coordination skills
∎ Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems is an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage several residential and commercial construction projects from initiation to handover
∎ Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of project engineers, site personnel, and subcontractors
∎ Ensure timely project completion within budget while maintaining high-quality standards
∎ Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols
∎ Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning departments to streamline project execution
∎ Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules for management review
∎ Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed
