∎ The Project:
∎ The project "Stop the Stigma: Empowering dreams of menstruating girls in Bangladesh" envision empowering adolescent girls and young women (10-24) to tackle the challenge of stigma and taboos associated with menstruation and support to develop a conducive environment that allows enjoying improved menstrual health and hygiene in Sadar Upzilla of Bhola District. The project will contribute to create an enabling environment by involving the wider communities, including but not limited to boys and young men, government representatives, families, parents and caregivers, schools, and health facilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The person should have at least 03-05 years' managerial experience in a development organisation dealing with social development issues preferably skilled in SRHR, community mobilization, communication, partnership management and adherence to child protection issues. Experience of project budget management with knowledge on donor compliances. Working experience in char and hard to reach areas is an added advantage. Ability to analyse field challenges, information and circumstances to provide quick and quality solutions with effective communication skills with expertise of using various technological tools.
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is Tk. 110,000.00 to Tk. 130,000.00 (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage along with Out Patient Treatment Benefit.
