∎ Village Education Resource Center (VERC) is a national level voluntary organization which is registered by the NGOAB (Reg-133), Social Welfare Department (Reg-Dha-02282) and MRA (Reg-01275-00523-00017). In partnership with WaterAid Bangladesh, Village Education Resource Center (VERC) is going to implement a project titled “Scaling up access to WASH -Building a resilient and sustainable apparel sector Project” at Savar Upzila under Dhaka District. Recruitment against the following project position will be made for implementation of the project interventions:Major Responsibilities:
∎ Project management and implementation, financial management, monitoring, staff supervision & development, networking with RMG Sector, local Govt. and other stakeholders;
∎ Report writing and ensure proper documentation, Coordinate, lead and collaborate with partners and other stakeholders for synergy.
∎ Field monitoring, quality control and donor liaison on a day-to-day basis.
∎ Responsible for monitoring field staff activity plan keeping consistency with the project implementation plan.
∎ Responsible for organizing the project orientation workshop for the staffs.
∎ Organize and facilitate the project launching workshop at Upazila and Districts level.
∎ Prepare project reports and send to Donor/Partner as per agreed schedule.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of the agreed budget of the project and prepare financial statement to donor
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ With minimum 4 years work experience of which 3 years’ experience in similar works.
∎ Good reporting skill in English and verbal & written communication with the donors and other agency.
∎ Excellent skills using commonly used software MS Word, MS Excel, internet and email communication.
∎ Field level monitoring skill.
∎ Excellent communications skills.
∎ Works well under stress and meet deadlines
∎ Able to work and solve problems independently
∎ Should have valid driving license and be willing to drive motorcycles.
∎ Must have quick decision making and problem-solving capability.
∎ Candidate should have positive attitude regarding Gender/PSEA, Child Safe Guarding and Code of Conduct.
∎ VERC authority reserves the right to accept/reject any applications without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for the examination.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly salary range: 55,000-60,000 TK. (Monthly)
