∎ Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
∎ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
∎ Oversee resource allocation and manage project constraints to maintain efficiency and quality
∎ Act as the central point of coordination between departments to streamline processes and foster collaboration
∎ Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and set deliverables
∎ Facilitate effective communication among teams to resolve challenges and drive project success
∎ Contribute to the development and execution of Aarong’s strategic growth plans
∎ Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies
∎ Support the integration of sub-brand strategies with Aarong’s overall vision
∎ Establish metrics to evaluate project performance and impact
∎ Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, presentations, and updates to senior leadership
∎ Ensure lessons learned from completed projects are documented and applied to future initiatives
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
