∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ Bachelor of Science in Agriculture / Nutrition with at least 4 years working experience in any National/International NGO. Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of highly qualified candidate.

∎ Having solid working experience in Nutrition and Agriculture components preferably USAID funded program.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skill on MS word, Excel, Power point, virtual communication (zoom, teams etc.) and others.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Agriculture & Livelihoods and Nutrition components at Upazila level.
∎ Provide technical support to the project team; capacity building of Field Facilitator in the area of Agriculture, Financial Inclusion and Nutrition.
∎ Responsible to mobilize Local Service Providers (LSPs) in the area of Agriculture, Financial Inclusion, Nutrition.
∎ Support program teams including FFs to integrate Agriculture, Financial Inclusion, Nutrition, Gender towards achieving program goal.
∎ Maintain coordination and collaboration with Upazila level Govt. departments (DAE, DLS, DoL, UpZ Health & Family Planning Office) including private sector’s partners.
∎ Provide day-to day operational support to Field Facilitators including performance management, capacity building etc.
∎ Responsible for timely implementation of DIP activity.
∎ Prepare QPR, AR, Success story or any other report program need.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by PM.
∎ Founded in 1986, People’s Oriented Program Implementation (POPI) is a growing Non-Government Organization (NGO) working across the country. POPI has been at the forefront of country’s social and economic endeavor since inception. It envisions a prudent nation free from hunger and poverty where every citizen leads a life with dignity and equity. POPI pursues a mission to work for and with people irrespective of religion, caste, ethnicity, creed, belief, age and gender who are in any form marginalization and exclusion. POPI’s programmes revolves around six major areas including education, livelihood development, health, rights and governance, DRR & CCA and Financial Services. At present POPI is working in 23 districts across Bangladesh with an effective network of regional, zonal, branch and field offices.
∎ POPI invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position for its Strengthening Household Ability to Respond to Development Opportunities (SHOUHARDO-III) Program supported by CARE. Working areas of the program are 4 Upazillas of Kishoregonj District (Nikli, Itna, Mithamoin and Austogram) and 3 Upizalas of Netrokona District (Madan, Kalmakanda and Khaliajury).
∎ Contract Duration: Up to July 2024
