Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicant must have a university degree or equivalent qualification in Sociology, Theater Study, Political Science or other closely related subjects in social sciences;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare individual work plans for the field and implement all planned activities for human rights education.
∎ Responsible for the formation of community-based Children, Adolescent and Youth Groups group and theatre teams and supervise their regular activities.
∎ Supervise Issue Based theatre presentations at community and school levels.
∎ Conduct a Workshop on Issue-Based Drama Production (IBDP).
∎ Responsible to organize central different types of events for human rights awareness.
∎ Prepare field and program reports and Monthly activity reports.
∎ Maintain files, records and other related documents.
∎ Prepare/check bills and vouchers for program activities.
∎ Assist to organise any other official events and Training programme.
∎ Participate in training, workshop, seminars, training etc. as per official decision.
∎ Any other work required by ASK management.
∎ Accountable to the Project Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 03 years of experience in the related field
∎ Age at most 35 years (Age may be considered for experienced candidate)
∎ Experience in the area of NGO sector;
∎ Experience in project management of multi-year, large scale donor funded projects;
∎ Experience in similar projects will get preference;
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill;
∎ Good computer skills on Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
∎ Proficient spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently;
∎ Should have the ability to handle pressure.
