Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline, preferably in Social Science.
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Nature of job: Contractual and full-time
∎ Duration: Maximum 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and conduct trainings, FGDs, KIIs and other events.
∎ Prepare project progress reports.
∎ Monitor implementation of the project activities.
∎ Coordinate among training participants, project staff and resource persons.
∎ Assist in the preparation of a training module and design and production of a publication.
∎ Coordinate with the government and non-government organizations that work with the tea workers and their communities
∎ Participate in evaluation of the project.
∎ Deal with the NGO Affairs Bureau and other government offices.
∎ Work closely with program lead to make sure project activities are implemented in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in field research and running training (ii) Good skills in speaking and writing in both English and Bangla.
∎ Special instruction: Female candidates from among the tea communities will be preferred in selection.
∎ Experience requirements: 3 year(s)
∎ Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Two bonuses equivalent to one month salary
