Educational Requirements:

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of project activity implementation plan and ensure its quality implementation timely together with the Upazila based project team members
∎ Maintain close communication with the Project Coordinator, organization management, to bring project outcome and attain its goal.
∎ Compile all Upazilas Community/Group and beneficiary list with necessary information and maintain detailed Database of the project
∎ Ensure that C-19 Protocol and Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM) are properly maintained during cash and other support distribution and different activities under the project through supervision of Upazila Project team
∎ Participate Upazila wise monthly staff coordination meeting, review progress, analyze backlog and planning for future accordingly
∎ Maintain organizational and project related confidentiality
∎ Maintain and regular update Database of beneficiary groups, different support from project and other information
∎ Day to day supervision of UzO and their team and provide them guidance support
∎ Regular field visit to ensure high quality and responsive delivery of expected results for project impact
∎ Conduct monitoring of project activities implementing by the Upazila staff team
∎ Responsible for initiating post distribution monitoring of cash and other supports under the project.
∎ Supervise documentation and preservation of records and documents of Upazila Offices
∎ Assist HEKS office based REVIVE project’s Monitoring Officer through providing relevant information, data/statistics as required in cooperation with the PC
∎ Provide formal and informal Mentoring support to the team members for their professional capacity building
∎ Participate in capacity building events (training, workshop, learning-sharing, exchange visit) inside or outside the project
∎ Share learnings and experience with staff team after participating any training/workshop/exchange visit or like other event.
∎ Implement staff capacity building activities(training/workshop) as guided by the supervisor /organizational management
∎ Facilitate staff or beneficiary training/meeting/workshop
∎ Facilitate staff monthly coordination meeting
∎ Assist the PC in preparation of plan according to approved budget and execute its quality its implementation through Upazila Team
∎ Ensure that, all required compliance and policies are maintained/ followed in expenditure and management
∎ Review monthly expenditure of Upazila offices and give feedback accordingly
∎ Assist PC and AAO by providing information in preparation of financial report
∎ Regular communication with PC and HEKS counterparts
∎ Coordination and linkage with government department, LGIs, local administration, civil society (human rights and cultural activists/institutions, media, social /traditional leaders etc.) and other stakeholders
∎ Participate in Upazila/District NGO coordination meeting arranged by government and provide update report in DC office’s NGO portal
∎ Coordination with field staff team, project beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly/six-monthly/annual quality report and timely submit to the authority
∎ Produce quality event report (training, seminar, workshop, donor visit and other incident) and submit to the counterpart
∎ Prepare regular field visit report with constructive feedback for improvement and share the same with team members
∎ Carryout any other responsibilities given by the project donor or organizational management related to the job
∎ HEKS or Employer organizational Management may revise the job description as and when feel necessary to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a senior/mid-level position of international donor supported project in the field of livelihood/food security, community development or other relevant development area.
∎ Must have team management experience and knowledge in-financial management, working under pressure and timely completion of quality deliverables.
∎ Working experience with ethnic, Dalit, person with disability other marginalized communities will be considered as an advantage of the candidate.
∎ Skill in MS word, excel, PowerPoint, internet browsing is required.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 41560 (Monthly)
