∎ Bachelor’s degree in BBA/Marketing/ Energy Management/ International Development, or a related field.
∎ At least 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, partnership development, or networking roles, preferably within the energy, clean cooking, environmental, or international development sectors·
∎ Strong understanding of clean cooking technologies, renewable energy solutions, and their role in sustainable development and climate change mitigation·
∎ Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects, including experience in facilitating dialogues, managing partnerships, and coordinating with government agencies·
∎ Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion·
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including policymakers, donors, and community groups·
∎ Ability to navigate the policy and regulatory environment in the country, understanding key challenges and opportunities related to clean cooking

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and drafting of the National Action Plan for Clean Cooking (NAPCC)·
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, NGOs, private sector, Donors, and civil society·
∎ Help to Develop a Clean Cooking Network in Coordination with Power Division & SREDA·
∎ Identify and secure strategic partnerships with national and international organizations to support the implementation of the national action plan and other clean cooking projects·
∎ Formalize partnerships through MoUs, agreements, and joint work plans with the partners & stakeholders·
∎ Engage with policymakers to influence and support the creation of an enabling environment for the adoption of clean cooking solutions·
∎ Prepare funding proposals, concept notes, and partnership pitches to attract investments in clean cooking·
∎ Oversee the implementation of clean cooking projects that contribute to the goals of SDG-7 ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery of project activities·
∎ Organize capacity-building workshops and training sessions for government officials, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance their understanding of clean cooking technologies and policies·
∎ Prepare and present progress reports, policy briefs, and impact assessments to stakeholders and decision-makers·
∎ Work with partners to integrate clean cooking solutions into broader development programs and climate change mitigation efforts·
∎ Prepare Presentations, various reports, & graphical analysis.
∎ Based in Dhaka, the Project Officer (E-Cooking) will provide support in developing the National Action Plan for Clean Cooking (NAPCC), coordinating with stakeholders, forming strategic partnerships, and engaging policymakers. S/He will be involved in identifying investments, preparing funding proposals, overseeing clean cooking projects, organizing capacity-building workshops, and presenting progress reports, as well as integrating clean cooking solutions into broader development programs and climate change mitigation efforts. S/He will also work on presentations and graphical analysis. S/He needs to maintain a close relationship with SREDA, Private Sector, & Other National and International Stakeholders. ·
