∎ 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in development programmes.
∎ Experience working on child protection projects.
∎ Experience managing teams of 2+ staff members is preferable
∎ Proven experience in working with children and other stakeholders experiencing child protection concerns.
∎ Working experience in the projects addressing climate impacts is preferrable.
∎ Excellent in English and Bangla speaking and writing skills.
∎ Ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities in line with the Detail Implementation Plan (DIP).·
∎ Monitor and oversee the implementation of project activities at the field level according to the Detail Implementation Plan (DIP).·
∎ Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation, seeking solutions to ensure project success.·
∎ To monitor Child Protection (CP) and access to justice situation in Daulatdia, and activities' impact and propose adjustments of the project strategy if needed·
∎ To forecast and follow up on expenditures related to the project and participate in budget monitoring and revision exercises at the field level.  ·
∎ To prepare timely purchase requests in line with the project needs.·
∎ To support required actions by the administration related to the project team management and supervision.  ·
∎ To identify logistic and operations support needs related to the project and communicate these to the relevant support function.     ·
∎ Assist the project team in organizing and executing various training and workshops.·
∎ Collaborate with partner staff to oversee and review the implementatiuon of the intervention and provide in field support to the team
∎ Support MEAL team to ensure the timely implementation of M&E activities upon collaboration with other project staffs including the partners·
∎ Actively participate and support partner in selecting the project participants following the selection criteria·
∎ Undertake frequent field-monitoring visits to assess and report progress of the project implementation using standard monitoring and evaluation tools and methodologies and discuss the reflections from the observations with the team members ·
∎ Support project implementing parter in planning, designing, and organising project review, reflection and learning workshops·
∎ Help the partner organization to establish a Complaint, Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) to ensure accountability to the project and non-project participants and stakeholders·
∎ Document the project’s progress through photo documentation and ensure archiving of photos using the data protection protocol·
∎ Contribute to donor and internal reporting by updating monthly, quarterly, intermediate and final reports, according to the templates and requirements  ·
∎ Participate to proposals development and support Project Manager and MEAL team with information, explanation and stories.·
∎ Support Project Manager to develop/adapt activity plan of the project, and ensure proper implementation.
∎ Provide extensive support to the partner organization in planning, designing and implementing community engagement and advocacy activities.·
∎ Ensure systemic follow-up on the organization of community adolescent and youth groups to ensure community-led initiatives and collective action on various issues.·
∎ Provide guidance and mentoring to the Community Facilitators in organizing community support groups like Union Committees to support the initiatives of the collective actions by the adolescents and youths.·
∎ Maintain regular communication and coordination with the implementing partner to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of project goals and activities·
∎ Represent the project at the district and upazila level coordination meetings with various stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate closely with project partners in the field to ensure that activities are being implemented as per agreed plans and standards.·
∎ Provide technical support and capacity-building for project partners, ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge for successful project implementation.·
∎ Support the Project Manager in overseeing partner performance, ensuring the quality of work and alignment with project goals. Identify any gaps or areas for improvement and take appropriate action.·
∎ Monitor project expenditures, track budget variances, and ensure adherence to procurement processes, maintaining transparency and accountability in financial management.
∎ Manage and oversee the assigned staff, including their recruitment, performance management mentoring and coaching, career planning, development and training, and transition, etc.·
∎ Oversee day-to-day tasks, support staff resolve roadblocks, ensure they have required resources, and manage staff leave and wellness.·
∎ Ensure that the newly joined staff are oriented properly on Tdh mandate and values, and probation is done on a routine basis.
∎ Understands and applies security policies, the Child Safeguarding Policy and fraud prevention policies.
