Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Community mobilization, formulation/reactivation/facilitation of women groups; closely follow up community organizers to ensure participatory and collective actions
∎ Maintain strong communication and networking with local government officials, elected representatives, local NGOs and other BRAC Programmes for implementing social accountability initiatives.
∎ Project beneficiary selection according to the criteria and project guideline
∎ Follow up field level implementation of LLA project and ensure high quality project outputs and impact as per allocation and targeted coverage
∎ Meet the goals and objectives within the limited timeframe and support different reporting, monitoring and MIS activities
∎ Assist in organizing training, workshops and different events at the field level according to annual targets
∎ Provide support to the project team, research, knowledge management and MEAL activities in the field
∎ Perform awareness raising and capacity building activities by organizing community meetings at community level
∎ Support field level procurement and distribution of asset/resources to project beneficiaries as per project guideline
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience of at least 1 years in relevant field will get preference
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in development projects
∎ Current national and global development trends related to climate change and urban development.
∎ Competence in analyzing the social and gender dynamics
∎ Community organizing and social mobilization.
∎ Ability to work under minimal supervision and have impact on input on project indicators.
∎ Excellent organization, coordination, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
