Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineer from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all aspects of the Solar division, including sales, design, planning, solution implementation, and operations.
∎ Ensure the division meets its goals and objectives.
∎ Lead and manage a team of professionals.
∎ Knowledge of industrial solar bidding documents and experience with industrial solar projects and TCO of utilities.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and technical excellence.
∎ Frequent site visits, relationship building and ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
∎ To perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): experience in industrial solar, off-grid, on-grid & net metering. Strong knowledge of design, planning, solution implementation, and operations. Strong knowledge of ESS (Energy Storage System).
