Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding all types of design-drawings provided at the construction site, especially working architectural, structural, plumbing, and electro-mechanical designs.
∎ Supervising all construction-related activities every day and ensuring expected quality of work as per the design-drawings and specifications mentioned.
∎ Implementing all works assigned by using 3rd party contractor(s) as per the given work schedule/program and provide necessary guideline/instruction for smooth execution.
∎ Planning daily work schedule and follow it strictly to meet the project deadline.
∎ Following and monitoring daily work progress, and prepare the daily work progress report at the day's end and share it with the management team.
∎ Checking and ensuring 100% quality construction materials at the site.
∎ Preparing requisition considering the design-drawing time to time as per the requirements of the site and sharing it with the procurement team for materials supply.
∎ Receiving and maintaining inventory of construction materials and sharing the challan and utilization report with the concerned department on a regular basis.
∎ Taking all measurements from construction immediately after construction work is done and updating the measurement book (MB) jointly with the consultant team.
∎ Checking and verifying the submitted bill(s) by the 3rd party contractor and sharing the final verified bill(s) to concerned department.
∎ Monitoring Fair-Face construction and ensuring as-cast quality.
∎ Implementing the best construction practices at the site as well as construction safety.
∎ Any other special tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3–4 years of experience in construction project management.
∎ Candidate having knowledge and experience in managing government projects will be preferred highly for this post.
∎ The candidate must have good computer operating skills, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP.
∎ Must be proficient in the English language along with good writing skills for email communication with internal and external stakeholders.
