Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement protocols for managing VIP visits, corporate events, and administrative functions.
∎ Establish a structured process for handling administrative and logistics issues and resolving conflicts.
∎ Anticipate potential challenges and prepare contingency plans to manage them effectively.
∎ Develop standardized procedures for handling internal and external protocol-related issues.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding protocol activities to all stakeholders.
∎ Maintain records of all protocol-related events and issues for future reference and analysis.
∎ Provide a high level of service and support to the Board of Directors and VIP guests.
∎ Ensure a smooth and professional experience for visitors and clients.
∎ Address stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Build positive relationships to enhance the company’s image.
∎ Collaborate with the Admin Department to ensure seamless execution of protocol activities.
∎ Work closely with security, transport, and hospitality teams to ensure proper coordination.
∎ Provide training and guidance to staff on protocol procedures and best practices.
∎ Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure all protocol activities comply with SHL policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
∎ Establish guidelines for handling confidential and sensitive information.
∎ Monitor compliance with safety and security protocols during events and visits.
∎ Maintain detailed records of all protocol-related activities for audit and reporting purposes.
