∎ BBA/MBA or equivalent in any discipline from any reputable University.

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
∎ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
∎ 1-2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
∎ Screen and manage incoming communications (calls, emails, etc.) and take appropriate action.
∎ Prepare and organize documents and reports as required.
∎ Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
∎ Arrange visas, tickets, airport protocol, and accommodations for top management’s travel
∎ Assist in the preparation of documents for approval.
∎ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
∎ Major Job Responsibilities:
